Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are outside the 30 days and don’t have the original packaging, then please contact us.

To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] for authorisation. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

We reserve the right to properly assess and refuse a return if we think the purpose was for reselling or any form of alternative trading and not personal use.

Please ensure your returning product is securely packaged in a sealed box/carton/container, to ensure the contents are properly protected. Summers GB reserves the right to refuse any return which has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

Returned items will be checked by us to make sure they meet the criteria noted in this Returns and Refund policy. If you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to start the refund process and will contact you to discuss the circumstances.
